Don’t You Just Love Those Little Tiny Barbecued Meatballs
Whether it’s a work event, school event, or church event, when you attend a potluck, you are in for a treat. Anytime you gather around a table full of crock pots, you’ll find at least one crock pot barbecue meatballs dish to tempt you. Oh, my mouth just waters even thinking about those little meatballs swimming around in that tangy sauce. If there is more than one meatball dish on the buffet, I’ll be sure to try one of each just to see how people are making theirs, and hopefully score a recipe or two.
I’m trying to watch how much meat I eat these days; serving myself larger portions of vegetables than meat on my plate. The crockpot recipes like this one, that allow me to have just a couple meatballs, work well for me. The meatballs are so sweet and tangy, and so packed with flavor, that I only need a couple to sample the full impact. I sure never feel like I’m being denied a good meal when the meatballs are as delicious as these. And now that I have a spicy meatball recipe that I like, I’ll make it at home on weekends for game day or movie night.
